BENEFIT OF PLAYING TABLE TENNIS

Table Tennis (also known as Ping Pong) is a physical as well as a “brain” sport. Playing table tennis is a great way to stimulate the brain and promote quick thinking while improving hand-eye coordination, agility, flexibility, and reaction time. You must plan strategies and decide what spin to put on the ball, while trying to stay one step ahead of your opponent and react to the shots they are hitting all at the same time. Decisions have to be made in split seconds. This activity increases concentration, short term memory and decision making ability. In addition, the low risk of injury means table tennis can be enjoyed by people of all ages and all fitness levels
