COACH POLICY
0. At the start of each day, change into a TTA short sleeve uniform before starting lesson. Pickup your ball holder box, balls, and pickup net from the coach storage room. Each coach is assigned a box and net. Only use your assigned items.
1. Prepare and follow the coaching strategy and workflow for each training session.
2. Confirm students’ rackets are in good working order. Remind them to change rubber at the club when needed.
3. Parents are prohibited from entering the training area to pick up balls. Remind them it is a safety policy that everyone must follow.
4. Do not talk with others during lessons except when communicating with the students or their parents.
5. Absolutely no cellphone usage during lessons.
6. Do some simple physical training in the last 5 minutes of each training session.
7. Talk with the student's parent at the end of each training to go over the student’s progress and suggestions.
8. At the end of your day, fill your ball holder with balls, return that and the pickup net to your assigned area.
9. Coaching hours are calculated at the end of each day, therefore, it is important for you to write down your lesson hours after each day.
TIMEOFF POLICY
1. The coach submits a timeoff request in the “Team TTA Coaches” Wechat group. Mark attention @TTA Assistant and @午夜飞行Vol De Nuit . In the message, specify your full name and the exact date/time you request to be absent. Be sure to give at least 3 days advance notice so the request can be processed. If you have an emergency request that cannot wait 3 days, submit the request in the group chat first, then follow-up with Weiwei on the approval.
2. Our Club Manager Weiwei will review the request and adjust the Google Calendar accordingly. She will reply to the request message with "Approved" when ready. Do not take the time-off until it has been approved.
